The following functions are used to manage the RSS streams:
rssBuildStringBuilds the RSS stream and returns the result (in XML format) in a character string.
rssDisplayBuilds a RSS stream and returns the content of the RSS stream to the client.
rssInitializeLoads a RSS stream in memory.
rssSaveBuilds the RSS stream and saves the RSS stream in an XML file.
