gglEmail (Type of variable)
In French: gglEmail (Type de variable)
The gglEmail type is used to describe and modify the email address of a contact.
This type of variable is used by the gglContact type.

Properties specific to the description of gglEmail variables

The following properties can be used to handle a gglEmail variable:
NameType usedEffect
AddressUnicode character stringEmail address of contact.
CaptionUnicode character stringCaption for describing the address.

If ..Caption is specified, ..Type must be empty (and conversely).
PrimaryBoolean
  • True if the email corresponds to the main email address of the contact,
  • False otherwise.
TypeInteger constantType of the email address corresponding to one of the following variables:
  • gglOther: Other type of address.
  • gglWork: Business address.
  • gglHome: Home address.
If ..Caption is specified, ..Type must be empty (and conversely).
Note: These properties can be used with one of the following syntaxes:
  • <Variable Name>..<Property Name>
  • <Variable Name>.<Property Name>
