Deselects all the controls when the interface is modified by the end user ("Edit by the end user" mode enabled).

Syntax
WinEdDeselectAll(<Window>)
<Window>: Character string (with or without quotes)
Name of the window or internal window to use. This window must be in modification mode (WinEdActive).
