Forbids all new connections to a database or to all databases.
Notes:
  • The read and write operations operate as usual. Only the new connections to the database are forbidden.
  • To re-enable the connections, use HEndNoDatabaseAccess.

Syntax
<Result> = HNoDatabaseAccess(<Connection Name> [, <Database Name>])
<Result>: Boolean
  • True if the access (which means the connection) to the specified database (or to all the databases accessed by the connection) is forbidden,
  • False if an error occurred. HError is used to identify the error.
<Connection Name>: Character string (with or without quotes)
Name of connection containing the database whose access must be forbidden. This connection was defined in the data model editor, or by HDescribeConnection or HOpenConnection.
If only this parameter is specified, the access will be forbidden for all the databases of this connection.
<Database Name>: Optional character string (with quotes)
Name of the database for which the access must be forbidden.
If this parameter is set to "*", the access will be forbidden for all the databases.
If this parameter is not specified, the access will be forbidden for the databases used by <Connection Name>.
