How to proceed?
You must now select the framework libraries (".DLL" files) whose messages will be translated.
Two cases may occur:
  • If you are using an existing extraction file (".WDM" extension), the framework libraries (".DLL" files) selected when creating this file are automatically selected.
  • If you are creating an extraction file (".WDM" extension), you must select the framework libraries (".DLL" files) whose messages will be translated.
For a WINDEV or WINDEV Mobile application: An automatic selection of framework libraries (".DLL" files) can be performed. To do so, click the "From an exe" button and select the executable affected by the translation.
Notes

Name of displayed libraries

The names of displayed libraries are those of the PC framework.
  • If you are using a WINDEV Mobile application, each wdxxx*.dll DLL corresponds to the equivalent wpxxx*.dll DLL in the Mobile framework.
  • If you are using a WEBDEV site in Linux, each wdxxx*.dll DLL corresponds to the equivalent wdxxx*.so DLL in the Linux framework.

For a WINDEV or WINDEV Mobile application: Defining the necessary framework libraries (".DLL" files)

In most cases, the framework libraries (".DLL" files) required by a WINDEV or WINDEV Mobile application are defined when compiling and creating the executable, according to the WLanguage functions used.
The list of framework libraries (".DLL" files) required by a WINDEV or WINDEV Mobile application can be viewed when creating the executable. If your WINDEV or WINDEV Mobile application is using procedures that have been compiled dynamically, check whether the libraries used by the compiled code have been selected.
WEBDEV - Server code

For a WEBDEV site

For a WEBDEV site, all the framework libraries (".DLL" files) must be translated.
