Configures the isolation level of transactions for a connection to an HFSQL server. Depending on the mode selected, an application that performs reading operations will have access or not to the data being modified in a transaction by another application, or another instance of the same application. Syntax
<Result> = HTransactionIsolation(<Connection> , <Isolation level>)
<Result>: Boolean - True if the isolation level was implemented,
- False if an error occurs. HErrorInfo is used to identify the error.
<Connection>: Character string or Connection variable Connection to an HFSQL server. This connection corresponds to: <Isolation level>: Integer constant Selected isolation level: | | hReadCommitted | Other users can only view completed transactions. | hReadUncommitted | Other users can view incomplete transactions. | hRepeatableRead | The application in transaction sees a snapshot of the database when the transaction starts. |
