..FormulaBarVisible is used to:
  • Find out whether a formula bar is displayed in a Spreadsheet control.
  • Display (or not) a formula bar in a Spreadsheet control.
Reminder:
  • In a Spreadsheet control, the formula bar is used to type formulas and names.
  • This property corresponds to the "With formula input bar" option in the "Details" tab of the Spreadsheet control description window.

<Result>: Boolean
  • True if the formula bar is visible,
  • False otherwise.
<Spreadsheet control>: Control name
Name of Spreadsheet control to use.

Display (or not) a formula bar in a Spreadsheet control Hide the details

<Spreadsheet control>..FormulaBarVisible = <Display>
<Spreadsheet control>: Control name
Name of Spreadsheet control to use.
<Display>: Boolean
  • True to make the formula bar visible,
  • False to make the formula bar invisible.
