<Spreadsheet control>: Control name Name of the Spreadsheet control used. <Border>: Border variable Name of the Border variable containing the characteristics of the border to be used. <Selection>: Optional boolean - True if the border must be applied to each selected cell,
- False (default value) if the border must be applied to all selected cells.
