Syntax
<Result> = hdfsCreateDirectory(<Connection> , <Path> [, <Rights>])
<Result>: Boolean - True if the directory was created,
- False if a problem occurs. ErrorInfo is used to identify the error.
<Connection>: hdfsConnection variable Name of the hdfsConnection variable that corresponds to connection to the Hadoop server. <Path>: Character string Absolute path of directory that will be created on the Hadoop server. This path is case sensitive. <Rights>: Optional hdfsRights variable Name of hdfsRights variable corresponding to the rights that will be granted to the created directory.
By default, all the rights are granted to all the users.
