Load:
  • the modifications performed by the end user in a window. These modifications have been saved in memory or in a file.
  • the notes created by the end user in a window.
Remark: This function can be used when the mode "UI modification by end user" is allowed for the windows of the application.

Syntax

Loading the modifications saved in a buffer Hide the details

<Result> = WinEdLoad(<Window> , <Buffer>)
<Result>: Boolean
  • True if the modifications have been loaded,
  • False if an error occurred. To find out the error details, use ErrorInfo.
<Window>: Window name
Name of window or internal window to use.
<Buffer>: Buffer variable
Buffer containing the modifications (the modifications have been saved beforehand by WinEdSave).

<Result>: Boolean
  • True if the modifications have been loaded,
  • False if an error occurred. To find out the error details, use ErrorInfo.
<Window>: Window name
Name of window or internal window to use.
<File>: Character string (with quotes)
  • Name and full or relative path of the ".wdmodif" file containing the modifications performed (the modifications have been saved beforehand by WinEdSave).
  • Name and full or relative path of the ".wdnote" file containing the notes created by the user (the notes have been saved beforehand by WinEdSaveNote).
