Returns the status of a Camera control.

Syntax

<Result> = CameraStatus(<Camera control>)

<Result>: Integer constant

Status of specified Camera control:
viStatusDisplayCapture The video is displayed in the specified Camera control. This video is currently saved.
viStatusDisplayNoCapture The video is displayed in the specified Camera control. No backup is currently performed.
viStatusCaptureNoDisplay A video is currently saved. This video is not displayed in the specified Camera control.
viStatusNoCaptureNoDisplay No video is displayed and/or currently saved in the specified Camera control.

<Camera control>: Control name

Name of Camera control to use.

Remarks

Use conditions:

To use this function, a "web camera" must be connected to the current computer.
This function is equivalent to VideoStatus.

Special cases

To save the video currently transmitted by a "web camera", use CameraCapture.
To display in a Camera control the video sequence currently transmitted by a "web camera", use CameraDisplay.
