..ZoomWithFinger is used to:
  • find out whether an Image control allows the zoom with finger.
  • allow (or not) the zoom with finger in an Image control.

Syntax

Finding out whether an Image control allows the zoom with finger Hide the details

<Result> = <Image control>..ZoomWithFinger
<Result>: Boolean
  • True if the zoom with finger is enabled,
  • False otherwise.
<Image control>: Control name
Name of Image control to use.

Allowing (or not) the zoom with finger in an Image control Hide the details

<Image control>..ZoomWithFinger = <Authorization>
<Image control>: Control name
Name of Image control to use.
<Authorization>: Boolean
  • True to enable the zoom with finger,
  • False otherwise.
Remarks
  • This property is mainly used to temporarily interrupt the zoom with finger in order to drawn in an Image control. Similarly, the scroll with finger can be interrupted by ..ScrollWithFinger.
  • iPhone/iPad Caution: The Scroll and Zoom feature must have been enabled in the description window of the Image control ("Automatic scroll and zoom" option in the "Details" tab of the description window of the control).
  • The call to dStartDrawing automatically disables the zoom and scroll features with finger.
