HTMLEdit (Property)

..HTMLEdit is used to:
  • find out whether a Word Processing control is displayed in optimized mode for the HTML edit,
  • modify a Word Processing control to display it (or not) in optimized mode for the HTML edit.
Note: If ..HTMLEdit is enabled, ..DisplayMode cannot be modified and it returns the displayModeWeb constant.

Finding out whether a Word Processing control is displayed in optimized mode for the HTML edit Hide the details

<Result> = <Control name>..HTMLEdit
<Result>: Boolean
  • True if the Word Processing control is displayed in optimized mode for the HTML edit,
  • False otherwise.
<Control name>: Character string (with or without quotes)
Name of Word Processing control to use.

Modifying a Word Processing control to display it (or not) in optimized mode for the HTML edit Hide the details

<Control name>: Character string (with or without quotes)
Name of Word Processing control to use.
<New value>: Boolean
  • True if the Word Processing control is displayed in optimized mode for the HTML edit,
