    • Windows Mobile a multi-column List Box control.
    • a Table or TreeView Table control.
    • a Looper control.
    • a Radio Button control.
    • a Check Box control.

  • Modify the number of columns found:
    • in a multi-column List Box control. The number of columns in a multicolumn List Box control cannot be less than 2.

Finding out the number of columns in a control Hide the details

<Number of columns> = <Element name>..NumberColumn
<Number of columns>: Integer
  • Number of columns found in the specified multicolumn List Box control.
  • Number of columns found in the specified Table control.
  • Number of columns found in the specified Check Box or Radio Button control.
  • Versions 19 and later
    Number of cells present in the width of the specified Dashboard control.
    New in version 19
    Number of cells present in the width of the specified Dashboard control.
    Number of cells present in the width of the specified Dashboard control.
  • Number of columns found in the specified Looper control.
  • 1 if the specified element does not correspond to a control that can be processed.
<Element name>: Character string (with or without quotes)
Name of control whose number of columns is requested.

<Control name>: Character string (with or without quotes)
Name of control to use:
  • Multi-column List Box control
<Number of columns>: Integer
New number of columns.
For the list boxes, this number must be greater than 1 (a multi-column List Box control cannot be changed into a standard list box and conversely).

..NumberColumn only applies to the:
  • Windows Mobile Multicolumn List Box controls (ListView controls displayed in standard mode).
  • Table or TreeView Table controls.
  • Radio Button controls.
  • Check Box controls.
