grClearPict (Function) In french: grEffaceDessin Erases the chart drawing (in an Image control or in a window). Remark: The chart is not deleted. The chart data and parameters are stored in memory. Simply call grDraw to re-display the chart.

Syntax
grClearPict(<Chart name>)
<Chart name>: Control name or character string Name of the chart to erase. This name corresponds to:- the chart name defined through programming with grCreate.
- the name of the Chart control (in the window or page editor).
Remarks - If the chart is drawn in an independent window, the window is closed.
- grClearPict has no effect if the chart is not drawn.
- grClearPict has no effect in reports.
- To delete the chart data, use grDeleteSeries or grDeleteAll.
