Disables an automatic filter on the linked data files when browsing an XML file. This filter was enabled by HActivateAutoFilter.

Caution: This function is available for the Native XML Access only.

Example

// Enable all the possible automatic filters on the Customer data file
HActivateAutoFilter(Customer, "*")
// except between Customer and Order
HDeactivateAutoFilter(Customer, Order)

Syntax

<Result> = HDeactivateAutoFilter(<Browse data file> , <Data file not to filter>)

<Result>: Boolean

True if the filter is disabled,
False if an error occurred (data file or item not found).

<Browse data file>: Character string

Name of the data file used for the browse.
"*" to disable all the automatic filters.
If <Browse data file> and <Data file not to filter> correspond to "*", <Result> is set to True and no filter is disabled.

<Data file not to filter>: Character string

Name of the data file to not filter when positioned in the browse data file.
"*" to disable all the automatic filters.
If <Browse data file> and <Data file not to filter> correspond to "*", <Result> is set to True and no filter is disabled.
