..KeySize is used to configure the characteristics of a Text Memo key item. You can:
  • Find out the size of the indexed part of the memo for an item defined in the data model editor or by programming.
  • Define the size of the indexed part of the memo (when the item is described by programming).

<Size> = <File Name>.<Item Name>..KeySize
<Size>: Integer
Number of characters that will be indexed in the text memo.
<File Name>: Character string (with or without quotes)
Name of data file used. This name was defined in the data model editor or by the File Description type.
<Item Name>: Character string (with or without quotes)
Name of item used. This name was defined in the data model editor or by the Item Description type.

<Item Name>: Item Description variable
Name of item used. This name was defined by the Item Description type.
<Indexed Size>: Integer
Size of indexed part of memo, expressed in number of characters.
