Deselects all the controls when the interface is modified by the end user (Mode "Modification of UI by the end user" enabled).

Syntax
WinEdDeselectAll(<Window>)
<Window>: Window name
Name of window or internal window to use. This window must be in modification mode (WinEdActive).
