Overview
The "Images" pane allows you to view and list all the images in the project directory and subdirectories.
From the "Images" pane, you can:
  • open an image in the image editor,
  • create an image in the image editor,
  • delete an image.
Remark: The "Images" pane is automatically displayed in the image editor. In this case, this pane is used to:
  • see the preview and define the zoom of the image displayed in the image editor,
  • display the colors and configure the different tools used (line thickness, opacity, etc.),
  • manage the layers.

Displaying the "Images" pane
To display the "Images" pane, go to the "Home" tab, "Environment" group, expand "Panes", select "Panes", and then select "Images".

Using the "Images" pane
The "Images" pane is used to:
  • open, in the image editor, a specific image found on disk (in a directory other than the one of the current project). To do so, click the icon and select the file that will be opened in the image editor.
  • create a new image in the image editor ().
  • handle an image via the popup menu:
    • Modify the image: The image is opened in the image editor in order to be modified.
    • Open location: Used to display the Windows file explorer on the directory containing the image file.
    • Delete: Used to delete the image file.
Remark: When hovering the image, the tooltip indicates the current path of the image.
