General environment of WINDEV

The main elements of the general environment of WINDEV are as follows:


	Ribbon Gives quick access to the main features of WINDEV. This ribbon includes panes, groups and options. For more details, see A menu shaped like a ribbon.
	Project dashboard Groups the main accesses to the different project elements.
	Workspace Displays the windows of the different editors (code window, windows or reports currently created, analysis, etc.)
	Dockable panes Displays the elements (windows, reports, controls, etc.) available in the current project ("Project explorer" pane).
	Opened documents Displays a button for each document opened in the editor. To display the requested element in the foreground, click the corresponding "button".
	Dockable panes Panes used to: display the compilation errors (errors found in the WLanguage code, "Compilation errors" pane). perform searches ("Find - Replace" pane). display the debugger during the test of an element ("Debugger" pane). ...
