Modifies the current connection. The current connection corresponds to the last opened connection or the connection specified with SQLChangeConnection.
Important: HFSQL databases do not allow to open multiple connections simultaneously. Nesting connections is only available for databases using an access via ODBC, OLE DB, or Native Connectors. The Native AS/400 Connector enables the maximum number of connections allowed by the license.
WEBDEV - Browser code The SQL functions are used to handle the local databases (such as Web SQL databases). For more details, see Accessing a database in local mode (SQLite).
Example

Conn1 is int = SQLConnect("ORACLE", "", "")

Syntax
<Result> = SQLChangeConnection(<Connection number>)
<Result>: Boolean
  • True if the change of connection was performed,
  • False otherwise.
<Connection number>: Integer
Number of the connection to use, returned by SQLConnect.
