The HTMLEdit property is used to:
  • find out whether a Word Processing control is displayed in optimized mode for HTML editing,
  • modify a Word Processing control to display it (or not) in optimized mode for HTML editing.
Remark: If the HTMLEdit property is enabled, the DisplayMode property cannot be modified and returns the displayModeWeb constant.

<Result>: Boolean
  • True if the Word Processing control is displayed in optimized mode for HTML editing,
  • False otherwise.
<Word Processing control>: Control name
Name of the Word Processing control to use.

Name of the Word Processing control to use.
<New value>: Boolean
